Creamy Dill Pickle Kale Salad

Creamy dill pickle kale salad. I have been on a huge dill pickle kick the last couple days. I realize not everyone is a huge dill pickle fan, but I am certain there are some of you that this will hit a major chord with! Easy to make too!
1. Add everything minus the oil to the blender and blitz together on low.
2. Slowly, stream in the oil while the blender is running on high. Take your time here. After the oil is drizzled in, the dressing should have a creamy consistency. Serve with sliced pickles, kale, and croutons.
